This role will shape employee journeys throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business strategy, organisational culture, employee value proposition (EVP), workplace experience priorities and transformation ambitions. Working across multiple geographies and national cultures, the successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery to create meaningful, engaging and data-led employee experiences that improve engagement, productivity, retention, wellbeing and organisational effectiveness. The role will also champion AI-enabled and technology-driven employee experience solutions, ensuring that the employee voice is at the centre of decision-making and continuous improvement. ## What you’ll do * Define and drive the Employee Experience (EX) strategy aligned with business goals, EVP, culture ambitions and talent priorities. * Design and continuously improve end-to-end employee journeys across onboarding, development, mobility, career progression and offboarding. * Leverage employee feedback, engagement data and workforce insights to identify priorities and deliver impactful interventions. * Lead employee listening programs, surveys and feedback mechanisms, translating insights into measurable actions. * Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Culture and Communications teams to create seamless and consistent employee experiences. * Drive adoption of digital, workplace and AI-enabled solutions through effective change management and employee engagement initiatives. * Develop recognition, appreciation and belonging programs that strengthen employee engagement and connection to the organization. * Establish employee experience KPIs, dashboards and reporting frameworks to measure program effectiveness and business impact. * Introduce innovative practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, productivity and retention. * Collaborate with business leaders, Group HR and cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities, influence decision-making and deliver sustainable employee experience outcomes. ## Who you are * Significant experience in employee experience, engagement, organisational effectiveness or related people functions. * Proven success designing and improving employee journeys across the employee lifecycle. * Experience delivering people initiatives across global, multi-cultural and matrixed organisations. * Strong analytical capability with experience translating data and employee insights into meaningful business outcomes. * Skilled in stakeholder engagement, collaboration and influencing across diverse functions and leadership levels. * Strong understanding of employee listening methodologies, engagement frameworks and experience design principles. * Knowledge of AI-enabled ways of working, technology adoption and modern workplace practices. * Excellent communication, change enablement and relationship management skills. * Ability to balance long-term strategy with pragmatic execution. * Passion for creating inclusive, employee-centred environments where people can thrive and perform at their best. ## Not a perfect fit?
