Job Summary The Talent Acquisition Analyst role delivers high-touch recruiter support while driving operational scale across global talent acquisition. The role is expected to work in shifts aligned to support recruiters based globally. This role partners 1:2 with Senior Global Recruiters to manage candidate pipelines, proactive sourcing, and candidate delivery. Expanding beyond requisition execution, you will serve as a functional operations lead—driving adoption and change management for AI recruiting platforms, authoring sustainable SOPs, auditing process compliance, and coaching contract team members. Job Responsibilities Core Execution & Recruiter Enablement:Partner directly with 2 Senior Global Recruiters to execute front-end recruitment workflows, reclaiming 30–40% of recruiter bandwidth. Conduct targeted passive sourcing, candidate screening, application triage, and referral management across complex global requisitions. Maintain candidate pipelines and deliver a high-touch, world-class candidate experience. AI Adoption, Tool Optimization & SOP Governance:Drive change management, adoption, and best practices for enterprise AI and TA platforms (HiredScore, Paradox, LinkedIn Hiring Assistant / LiHA). Utilize AI-driven tools to streamline recruiter workflows, automate candidate engagement, and accelerate talent discovery. Author, maintain, and continuously audit Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and playbooks to ensure global process governance and maximum tool ROI. Data Quality & Process Analytics:Serve as the ATS/CRM Subject Matter Expert (Greenhouse/Workday/Lever); audit pipeline data hygiene and compliance across the team. Evaluate recruitment metrics (stage pass-through rates, time-to-fill, sourcing channel ROI) to identify friction points and implement workflow improvements. Stakeholder Calibration & New Joiner Mentorship:Co-lead requisition intake calls alongside recruiters to define candidate personas, scorecards, and hiring timelines. Educate hiring teams and interview panels on structured interviewing, evaluation criteria, and unbiased candidate assessment. Onboard, train, and mentor incoming recruiting specialists, balancing workload distribution across the pod. Qualifications Required Qualifications Ability to work aligned global hours as needed. 3+ years of hands-on experience in Recruiting Operations, Sourcing, or Front-End Recruiting supporting global high-volume pipelines. Proven track record in direct recruiter support (sourcing passive talent, candidate screening, pipeline management). Practical experience driving adoption, authoring SOPs, or optimizing workflows for AI recruiting platforms (HiredScore, Paradox, LiHA, or similar). Strong hands-on proficiency with enterprise ATS/CRM platforms (Greenhouse, Workday, Lever) and LinkedIn Recruiter. Preferred Qualifications Recruitment experience within Cybersecurity, SaaS, or Cloud Tech environments preferred. Analytical mindset with experience auditing ATS data integrity and tracking recruiting operational metrics.
