Job description

Manage and execute at scale Azure's regulatory examination and engagement programs. Bring project management experience to medium-large scale, cross-functional programs, working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple, disparate activities at once. Demonstrate enthusiasm, integrity, ingenuity, results-driven thinking, self-motivation, and resourcefulness. Collaborate with team members to devise strategies and processes around the regulator program, acting as a thought leader in building scalable tooling and processes. Create and manage effective action plans in response to regulator and examiner findings. Review and audit Azure's procedures, practices, and documents to identify potential gaps in the regulators' engagement experience. Engage with regulators for ad-hoc examination and compliance support, embodying our Culture and Values. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development Experience in planning, executing, and completing end-to-end regulatory examination or audit engagements (e.g., SOC 2, PCI, ISO, HITRUST, FedRAMP, DORA). Proficiency in managing cross-functional and/or cross-team programs, including engagement with external regulators and customers. Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience. Demonstrated knowledge, experience, and understanding of key security and regulatory frameworks (SOC 2, PCI, ISO, NIST, COSO, COBIT, DORA). End to end regulatory examination/audit and certification lifecycle experience, ideally including work with European supervisory authorities. Proven technical background spanning security, networking, Azure architecture, core Azure services, and cloud infrastructure. CISSP, CISA, and/or CISM certification preferred, but not required.
