Lead and challenge customers with clear strategic vision of Modern Support aligned to their strategic goals. Contributing to Unified and Enhanced Solutions sales targets in your aligned territory by successfully winning complex support deals. Be the leader of a global virtual team, driving resource management, deal orchestration and execution. Understanding, demonstrating and translating customer requirements into winning One Services Sales proposals in partnership with our Industry Solutions Delivery (Consulting) teams. Be a voice of the field, providing actionable customer feedback and insights around our Enhanced Solutions offerings. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, Information Security, or related field AND 4+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management Master's Degree in Business Administration (i.e., MBA), Information Technology, Information Security, or related field AND 6+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or related field AND 8+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management OR equivalent experience. 4+ years solution or services sales experience. Experience selling Services, Unified Support, Premier Support, Success offerings, or comparable enterprise services solutions. Demonstrated success supporting large, enterprise accounts and complex renewals within a global or matrixed organization. Proven ability to engage and influence C-level and senior executive stakeholders, including leading high-impact customer discussions and presentations. Experience providing field feedback to product, go-to-market, or offerings teams to improve sales motions and solution adoption.
