Job description

Program coordination Maintain program plans, milestones, actions, risks, issues and dependencies. Track agreed actions and follow up with owners to help ensure commitments are progressed. Support regular program governance meetings, including preparation of agendas, status updates and action tracking. Help maintain a consolidated view of activity across the Frontier portfolio. Prepare clear and concise status updates for internal and customer stakeholders. Assist with documenting and tracking customer requirements and product feedback. Coordinate follow-up with Product Group and Engineering teams on outstanding actions. Has at least 2 years of experience supporting technology projects, programs, customer engagements or similar complex initiatives. Has strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Can manage and track multiple activities and priorities simultaneously. Communicates clearly and confidently with both technical and business stakeholders. Is comfortable working across multiple teams and proactively following up on actions. Can identify when an issue requires escalation to more senior team members. Is comfortable operating in an environment where technologies and requirements can change quickly. Takes ownership of assigned activities and follows them through to completion. Is eager to learn and develop their program management, customer engagement and technology skills. Experience in financial services, technology delivery, customer success or project coordination would be beneficial but is not essential.
