Business model development Leads and defines channel (e.g., Direct Sales) and program (e.g., education program) strategy in partnership with other internal teams while serving as the owner of the business. Leads market opportunities and identifies how to improve opportunities. Manages go-to-market strategy and commerce platform strategy. Defines the current business model boundary to help field the scale for discounting and negotiations. Finds gaps for execution of strategy and identifies potential competition. Develops and/or influences the appropriate content for the different audiences. Develops project plans with timelines and milestones to implement readiness strategy into business plans. Manages execution of readiness strategy while collaborating with multiple teams to do so. Evaluates market conditions and insights as a business owner to determine offer/packaging/value tiering strategy, pricing, and packaging as well as what impact this has on the revenue and business targets through competitive benchmarking to understand pricing potential. Develops the growth strategy for a line of business with multiple services while collaborating with leaders such as General Managers. Delivers through proactive ownership and sourcing activities, and driving these opportunities. Performs Market Analysis that synthesizes research for opportunities. Delivers insights for short and long-term business roadmap. Provides requirements of business model to help other teams drive it. Prepares customers for landing through ongoing engagement by communicating business rationale, common objections and risks, and customer and partner impact. Leads cross-functional virtual teams. Collaborates with a variety of key functions across organizations (e.g., Finance, Product Marketing, Product Engineering, Product Strategy, Sales) as a trusted advisor with leaders including General Managers. Ensures all voices are heard in collaborative efforts. Effectively partners with General Managers and others by asking questions to open other possibilities. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Computer Science, Economics, Business, or related field AND 4+ years product management, strategy consulting, finance, business/corporate development, or related experience Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Computer Science, Economics, Business, or related field AND 8+ years product management, strategy consulting, finance, business/corporate development, or related experience OR Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA), or related field AND 6+ years product management, strategy consulting, finance, business/corporate development, or related experience OR equivalent experience.
