Key Duties and Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Territory Planning & Execution Develop and implement territory business plans and KOL engagement strategies aligned with business objectives Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for sustainable business growth Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and share relevant market insights Performance Management & Reporting Review territory performance and contribute to accurate forecasting and business planning Analyze territory data and translate findings into actionable recommendations Prepare regular business reports and support the development of improvement initiatives Product Launch & Cross-functional Collaboration Product Launch Support Partner closely with marketing, medical, and cross-functional teams to support successful product launches and portfolio initiatives Contribute to territory readiness activities, including customer segmentation, targeting, and engagement planning Customer Engagement & Demand Generation Support initiatives that increase product awareness, education, and engagement among targeted healthcare professionals Conduct regular customer visits and scientific discussions with healthcare professionals while delivering relevant product information Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal stakeholders to support business decisions Territory Management, Partnership Building & Compliance Relationship Management Develop and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with key accounts, healthcare professionals, and business partners Deliver a positive and professional customer experience through regular communication and support Collaboration & Teamwork Foster a collaborative team environment and contribute to the sharing of best practices Work effectively across functions to support business objectives and resolve operational challenges Compliance & Governance Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards Maintain accurate documentation and reporting requirements as needed Why Join Us Join a leading global dermatology company committed to improving patients' lives Be part of an innovative and growing business with a strong portfolio and exciting upcoming launches Work in a collaborative environment that values diverse perspectives, inclusion, and continuous learning Gain exposure to cross-functional projects and opportunities for professional growth and career development Qualifications & Experience Experience / Competencies Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience Experience in dermatology, skincare, immunology, biologics, or specialty care is highly desirable Strong planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills Experience engaging with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and managing professional healthcare relationships Demonstrated ability to build long-term partnerships and provide outstanding customer support Strong prioritization and project management capabilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese Previous coaching, mentoring, or team leadership experience will be considered an advantage and may be suitable for a Sales Supervisor level appointment Educational Background Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, Nursing, or a related discipline
