You will work across multiple platforms such as digital media, print, and user interfaces, ensuring that the brand s identity is consistently represented. Your role includes crafting a visual language that tells a story and evokes emotions aligned with the brand s purpose. Additionally, you will focus on creating modular and scalable design systems that support diverse visual expressions across various media, contributing to a cohesive and impactful brand experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the development and implementation of innovative visual design strategies that align with project goals. - Facilitate effective communication between creative, technical, and business teams to ensure design objectives are met. - Mentor junior designers by providing guidance and constructive feedback to support their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Visual Design and Development. - Strong expertise in creating visual assets for digital and print platforms. - Experience in developing scalable design systems and modular visual components. - Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging visual narratives. - Familiarity with user interface and user experience design principles. - Skilled in using industry-standard design software and tools to produce high-quality deliverables.
