Identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models. Support transformation by developing business cases and guiding implementation of key initiatives. Summary: As a Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes to uncover opportunities for improvement and value creation. This role includes gathering and analyzing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and designing effective business solutions that align with organizational goals. The position also involves supporting transformational initiatives by preparing business cases and assisting in the execution of strategic projects, ensuring seamless integration between business needs and technology capabilities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication and coordination among diverse groups to ensure alignment on project objectives. - Drive continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending actionable solutions. - Mentor team members to foster professional growth and enhance overall team performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Workday Core Integrations. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with English Language. - Strong knowledge of integration frameworks and middleware technologies related to Workday. - Ability to design and implement scalable and maintainable integration solutions. - Experience in analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into technical specifications. - Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques to ensure data integrity. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations. - This position is based at our Manila office.
