Must have skills : SAP Document and Reporting Compliance Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) Consultant with strong expertise in SAP DRC eInvoicing and statutory compliance reporting. The candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP DRC solutions to ensure compliance with country-specific electronic invoicing and tax reporting regulations. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA, eDocument framework, eInvoicing processes, regulatory reporting, integration, testing, and production support activities. The role requires close collaboration with Finance, Tax, ABAP, Basis, and Integration teams to deliver compliant and scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead implementation and support activities for SAP DRC eInvoicing solutions. Configure SAP Document and Reporting Compliance for country-specific statutory requirements. Design and support eDocument creation, validation, monitoring, transmission, and reconciliation processes. Support GST, VAT, eInvoice, eWay Bill, SAF-T, and other digital tax reporting requirements as applicable. Perform configuration and testing of SAP DRC compliance reporting functionalities. Monitor eDocument cockpit and troubleshoot document processing failures. Collaborate with Finance and Tax teams to validate statutory reporting requirements. Work with ABAP and Integration teams for custom developments and third-party integrations. Support SIT, UAT, defect resolution, cutover, hypercare, and production support activities. Conduct root cause analysis and provide solutions for compliance and reporting issues. Prepare functional specifications, solution design documents, test scripts, and training materials. Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and country-specific legal regulations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Document and Reporting Compliance. - Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Experience in designing and implementing custom software components using modern programming frameworks. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Familiarity with integration techniques and ensuring compliance with reporting standards. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in software development.
