Take a lead on the total cost control in manufacturing department vs AOP target and compatibility with SC production plans. Responsibilities: SAP key user responsibilities, including system optimization, inventory monitoring and cycle count management. Monitor, identify and implement projects to improve production process/business process efficiencies, to include projects to increase yield, reduce throughput times, improve process flows, reduce costs, eliminate waste, improve safety in conjunction with other departmental representatives. Build Quality into all aspects of work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements Partner with manufacturing leaders and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and maintain visual management of key business metrics. Assist in the preparation of communications and training material for internal use within manufacturing Analyze ZCC3 and manufacturing operations performance, including efficiency, waste, OEE, routings, and actual performance against AOP, supply, demand, and production plans. Provide strong analytical leadership and support to the manufacturing organization in achieving best-in-class data accuracy, enabling data-driven daily management and continuous improvement across Safety, Quality, Service, and Cost metrics. Evaluate cost-saving and improvement projects, identify opportunities, and recommend priorities based on business impact, feasibility, and expected payback. Assist manager, supervisors and team leads in the development of continuous improvement culture within manufacturing operations with a focus on SAP, systems and cost control in manufacturing department. Requirements: 5–8 years of professional experience, including 3–4 years in a relevant area. Bachelors Degree in a relevant discipline preferred Strong Excel, PowerPoint and ERP/SAP skills. Experience with Lean, continuous improvement and structured problem-solving. Ability to work independently and effectively across cross-functional teams. Financial and manufacturing planning experience.
