Associate Specialist, Customer Operations Minimum Qualifications: BE equivalent degree with 1-3 years of experience in supply chain analytics and production planning. Ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced, agile environment with tight deadlines. A flexible (who can work in different shifts), pragmatic, and collaborative team player with innate ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels in the organization Hands on SQL / PLSQL / Tableau/POWER BI / Basic & Advanced Excel/SAP Good communication skills. Having exposure to the automotive supply chain would be beneficial. Strong analytical skills are a must. Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze customer demand, forecast, backlog, and order booking trends to identify risks and opportunities. Support demand signal monitoring and investigate discrepancies between customer demand and system-generated orders. Monitor system transactions and exceptions, including EDI/IDOC processing failures. Investigate process gaps and work with stakeholders to drive corrective actions. Support initiatives focused on improving customer experience, operational efficiency, and planning performance. Participate in automation and continuous improvement projects. Develop and maintain dashboards using Tableau and SQL-based reporting solutions. Create weekly and monthly performance reports for business stakeholders and leadership teams. Analyze large datasets and convert findings into actionable business insights. Work closely with Customer Service, Planning, Supply Chain, IT, Sales, and Operations teams. Coordinate with global stakeholders to drive issue resolution and process improvements. Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to leadership and business teams. Write SQL/PLSQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze data. Leverage Excel and analytical tools to automate manual processes. Support new analytics and automation initiatives using Python, Power BI, Tableau, and other digital tools. For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
