The Position Biostatistics and Data Sciences (BDS) is a global organization with more than 350 employees within the Human Pharma Business Unit. Working in close collaboration with other functions at Boehringer Ingelheim and external vendors we combine methodological and technical data science skills with business and scientific expertise to drive smart, timely and confident decision making across drug development, approval, and access. In this internship, you will contribute to holistic evidence generation in late‑stage clinical development by engaging in innovations in statistical methodology, applying these methods to concrete clinical use cases, or shaping end‑to‑end analytical solutions that enable fast, impactful, and informed decision‑making. This internship offers the opportunity to expand your understanding of state-of-the-art clinical development, strengthen your effectiveness in achieving shared goals, deepen your technical and scientific expertise and broaden your professional network – all while contributing to innovation and project work within one of the BDS areas focused on framework building or evidence generation.
