Join us and be part of this journey towards greater opportunities and brighter futures.Position:- Senior Java Spring Boot Backend Developer Experience:- 6–10+ years Role Overview Senior Java Backend Developer with strong Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, databases, and cloud-native development experience, plus practical experience using Claude/Claude Code or similar AI assistants throughout the SDLC. Key Responsibilities:- Backend Development Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot; develop RESTful APIs and microservices; implement business logic using clean-code and SOLID principles; troubleshoot L2/L3 production issues; perform performance tuning. Spring Boot & Microservices Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA/Hibernate, Spring Security, Spring Cloud, REST APIs, and microservices architecture. Implement service-to-service communication, fault tolerance, API gateways, configuration management, logging, and distributed tracing. Database Strong SQL and relational database experience such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL. Design tables, indexes, queries and relationships; optimize slow queries and database performance. MongoDB is an advantage. AI-Assisted SDLC – Claude Use Claude/Claude Code or similar AI development tools for requirements analysis, technical design, task breakdown, coding, refactoring, unit/integration test generation, debugging, code reviews, security analysis, documentation, API documentation, and test-case generation. AI Quality & Governance Review, validate, and improve AI-generated code. Ensure production-grade quality, security, maintainability, performance, and compliance. Understand limitations and risks of AI-generated code. Testing & Quality Develop unit and integration tests using JUnit and Mockito; perform API testing; participate in code reviews; establish coding standards; identify and reduce technical debt. DevOps & Cloud Experience with Git and CI/CD. Exposure to Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP, deployment, monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting. SDLC & Collaboration Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies; collaborate with product managers, architects, QA, DevOps, and developers; translate requirements into technical solutions; participate in architecture/design discussions; maintain technical documentation; mentor junior developers.
