We are looking for a Production Logistics Operative to join our Logistics & Warehouse team at our Goole Rail Village. You ‘ll make a difference by …. Being key member of a specialist team responsible for the safe movement of all material movements around the site and within the production and assembly halls. Utilising a variety of standard and specialist MHE you will ensure the safety of your team and those working around your activities whilst supporting production activity. Working in advance of the production schedule, you will work as a team to safely solve issues, escalating problems as necessary. Your success will be grounded by … Proven track record of prioritising safety in operational environments Experience of working within an industrial or supply chain setting in a similar role Experience of using and solid understanding of different types of MHE, their uses and limitations. An understanding of supporting a production schedule. It would also be helpful to have the following: Experience of working with heavy machinery, such as cranes or shunting vehicles. Rail Industry experiance SAP or Similar WMS experience.
