We're looking for an experienced Producer to join our Video & Live Production team at Novo. Working closely with colleagues, stakeholders and external partners. You will plan, direct and deliver impactful live, hybrid and recorded productions while ensuring technical excellence from concept to execution. Your new role Your main responsibilities will be: Lead the planning, direction and delivery of high-quality live, hybrid and recorded productions, ensuring engaging experiences for audiences across Novo. Direct live broadcasts from the gallery and take on additional production roles when needed, ensuring smooth execution from preparation to delivery. Design and implement technical production setups, broadcast workflows and visual concepts, including studios, scenery and graphics. Partner with internal stakeholders to transform communication objectives into compelling, audience-focused productions that maximise engagement and impact. Advise colleagues and internal clients on the most effective production formats, visual approaches and technical solutions to support clear and effective communication. Coach hosts, presenters and contributors, helping them feel confident and perform effectively on camera. Support production planning, coordination and budgeting, while contributing to off-site productions and post-production editing activities. You will work across our production facilities in Søborg, Bagsværd and Måløv, with Søborg as your primary workplace. Our facilities include professional green screen studios, gallery environments, a modern auditorium featuring a 17-metre LED screen, and mobile production setups that support both on-site and off-site productions. While this role is primarily performed during regular Monday-to-Friday business hours, occasional evening work may be required. Your new department You will join a team of 23 colleagues specializing in video, broadcast and live production who support communication across the entire Novo organization. Together, you create engaging experiences through live events, town halls, leadership communication, brand videos, documentaries, webinars, hybrid productions and other strategic communication initiatives. Your closest collaborators will include fellow producers, technical specialists, communicators, internal stakeholders and external production partners. Working across sites in Søborg, Bagsværd and Måløv, you will help bring ideas to life through a combination of creative storytelling, technical expertise and seamless production delivery. This role offers the opportunity to work in a professional broadcast environment with access to modern production facilities and technologies, while benefiting from more predictable working hours than are typically found in traditional TV and media production. You will have the chance to develop both your creative and technical expertise while contributing to communication that reaches colleagues across Novo. Your skills and qualifications You bring at least five years of experience from professional live TV or broadcast production environments and combine a strong creative eye with hands-on technical expertise. You are comfortable working with both technology and people, translating communication objectives into engaging productions and explaining technical concepts clearly to colleagues with different backgrounds. To succeed in this role, you have: 5+ years of experience in live TV, broadcast or live production environments Experience with live production workflows, video routing, signal flow, studio infrastructure and troubleshooting Solid understanding of IT systems, networking fundamentals and IP-based broadcast workflows and technologies Experience with video editing, preferably using Adobe Creative Cloud, as well as studio and stage lighting Ability to translate creative and communication needs into compelling visual productions and build strong relationships with stakeholders Professional proficiency in English Experience with ROSS video switchers and routers, Unreal Engine, CasparCG, SMPTE ST 2110 and AI tools is considered an advantage You are structured, hands-on and solution-oriented, and you remain calm during live productions. You take ownership of your work, communicate clearly and enjoy collaborating with others. With a service-oriented mindset, you are comfortable supporting presenters and contributors with varying levels of on-camera experience while sharing your creative and technical expertise with colleagues. Salary : For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 499,600.00 to 734,400.00 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position. The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
