Your Impact : OpenText is looking for an experienced Senior Professional Services Program Manager to lead complex client engagements and strategic transformation programs involving OpenText Content Management, Digital Experience, AI & Analytics, and Information Management solutions. This role requires a seasoned leader who can manage multiple projects and large-scale programs, drive delivery excellence, engage with senior client stakeholders, and ensure successful business outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess strong program governance, execution, financial management, risk management, client relationship management, and leadership capabilities. WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS: Lead multiple concurrent projects and strategic programs from initiation through closure. Drive end-to-end delivery of OpenText Professional Services engagements, including Cloud implementations, On-Premises deployments, Cloud migrations, upgrades, and transformation initiatives. Translate customer requirements into actionable project deliverables and project plans, establishing clear scope, scope, milestones, resource allocation, timelines, and success criteria to ensure effective execution and delivery. Drive delivery excellence through project governance, ensuring effective risk, issue, dependency, change, and quality management across complex programs. Manage project dependencies across multiple workstreams and stakeholders. Own project and program financial performance, including forecasting, revenue recognition, margin attainment, resource planning, and utilization management. Deliver successful outcomes by balancing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction objectives. Delivery Excellence & Governance Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining profitability and driving operational efficiency. Serve as the primary customer point of contact, building trusted advisor relationships with executives, sponsors, and key stakeholders. Manage customer expectations, proactively address risks and escalations, and drive high levels of customer satisfaction and business value realization. Establish and lead governance forums, executive reviews, steering committee meetings, and status reporting to provide transparency on delivery and business outcomes. Ensure compliance with contractual commitments, including Statements of Work (SOWs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and change control processes. Drive adherence to OpenText delivery methodologies, quality standards, and project management best practices. Contribute to organizational best practices, process improvements, and delivery excellence initiatives to enhance customer outcomes and operational performance. Lead cross-functional teams comprising Project Managers, Solution Architects, Consultants, Business Analysts, and customer stakeholders. Mentor and coach delivery professionals, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high-performance team culture across global teams. Manage vendor and subcontractor relationships to ensure delivery excellence and contractual compliance. Partner with internal teams across Sales, Professional Services, Product Engineering, Customer Success, and Support to ensure alignment and successful execution. Support presales, bid reviews, solution planning, estimates, and proposal development. Identify opportunities to expand customer value through additional services, modernization initiatives, and strategic transformation programs. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED: 12–16+ years of strong experience in managing large-scale enterprise software solution and delivering cloud services implementation project or programs. Minimum 5 years of IT Services Project/Program Management experience. Strong knowledge of SDLC, project management and Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery models. Experience managing fixed-price, time-and-material, and managed services engagements. Experience in leading Client-facing delivery engagements with Fortune 500 and global enterprise clients. Proven ability to manage and work with geographically distributed delivery teams in Americas, Europe & Middle East and Asia Pacific Regions. Proven track record of managing enterprise software implementation programs. Familiarity with Enterprise Software Solutions, Cloud technologies, SaaS Platforms, or Digital transformation projects. Leadership & Communication: Excellent stakeholder management capabilities, and exceptional written/verbal/presentation skills. Ability to influence senior customer and internal leadership teams. Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and negotiation skills. Executive reporting and business reviews. Understanding of Commercial Contracts, SLAs, Project Financial Tracking management and margin governance. Resource planning and forecasting. Vendor and subcontractor management. Issues, Dependencies, Risks and Change management. Expertise in program governance, and project management practices. Experience in delivering OpenText solutions.
