Your Role Managing O2C cases: billing corrections, unapplied cash, short‑pays, disputes, high‑risk overdue items; Performing detailed account reconciliations and ensuring accuracy of customer financial data; Analyzing recurring issues and recommending corrective or preventive actions; Collaborating with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and Logistics to resolve cross‑functional issues; Maintaining and updating SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation. Your Profile Minimum 1 year of O2C experience, covering billing, collections, cash application, and account reconciliation; Minimum educational qualification: Baccalaureate diploma; Solid understanding of accounting principles and internal controls; English and Slovenian - minimum B2 level; Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred), reporting tools and Excel.
