岗位职责 项目统筹管理：负责非标自动化设备及自动化产线项目全过程管理；从项目立项、方案评审、设计开发、采购制造、装配调试、验收交付到量产导入全流程推进；制定项目计划并监控项目进度，确保项目按期、按质、按预算完成。 技术协调管理：组织机械、电气、软件、视觉、工艺等团队开展项目开发工作；主导需求评审、方案评审、设计评审及问题闭环；协调研发、生产、品质、采购、供应商等资源解决项目问题。 供应商与客户管理：负责设备供应商技术评估、商务沟通及项目协调；审核技术协议、项目合同及验收标准；作为项目窗口对接客户，定期汇报项目状态及风险。 风险管理：识别项目开发过程中的技术、质量、进度及成本风险；制定风险应对措施并推动落地；组织问题分析及持续改善活动。 及客户验收工作；推动设备稳定运行并完成技术移交；配合生产部门完成量产导入及持续优化。 任职要求 本科及以上学历，自动化、机械设计等相关专业； 年以上非标自动化设备项目管理经验； 个以上非标自动化设备或自动化产线项目； 连接器、光通信、半导体、消费电子、新能源行业优先。 At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
