Salary Range: €60,900.00 - €113,100.00 Band Level 4 Job Description Summary Supports the Director, Evidence Generation Program Excellence to advance operational excellence, governance support, portfolio prioritization, process improvement, and operational innovation across the US Evidence Generation organization. This role provides operational execution, coordination, analysis, documentation, and change-management support for initiatives led by Evidence Generation Program Excellence. The role helps translate business needs into practical tools, materials, process improvements, and stakeholder-ready outputs that improve efficiency, transparency, compliance, and user experience Job Description Key Responsibilities: Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of portfolio prioritization frameworks, governance models, and decision-support processes across Evidence Generation activities. Collect, organize, and analyze operational data, stakeholder feedback, and process information to surface issues, improvement opportunities, and practical recommendations. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define business requirements, prioritization criteria, governance expectations, and portfolio management processes. Lead planning and coordination for annual prioritization activities, including Open Research Questions (ORQs), Areas of Interest (AOIs), and related portfolio initiatives. Prepare presentations, business cases, governance materials, and leadership updates to support organizational decision-making and portfolio oversight. Advance process improvement and operational innovation efforts, including workflow simplification, digital intake solutions, SharePoint applications, reporting tools, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities under guidance from senior leaders. Maintain key operational artifacts, templates, trackers, frameworks, process documentation, and audit-ready materials to support consistency, usability, and compliance. Drive stakeholder discussions, workshops, communications, training, and adoption activities; capture outputs and translate them into actionable follow-up. Co-ordinate documentation governance, milestone management, archival activities, process adherence, and audit-readiness efforts Leverage AI tools to streamline tasks, generate draft content, synthesize information, support decision-making, and improve work quality and efficiency. Support compliance with applicable SOPs, WPs, governance requirements, and operational processes across Evidence Generation activities. Essential Requirements: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in business, life sciences, health economics,outcomes research, healthcare, public health, or related discipline preferred. 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, research operations, clinical operations, HEOR, medical affairs, program excellence, or related fields. Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects, process improvement initiatives, operational transformation activities, or governance programs. Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across matrixed organizations Desirable Requirements: Experience developing business requirements, operational processes, governance frameworks, metrics, dashboards, or reporting solutions preferred. Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Power Platform, AI-enabled tools, reporting platforms, or workflow automation technologies preferred.
