Job Description SummaryThe Digital Marketing Manager, Contrast Media Portfolio is responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns and programs that leverage data, marketing automation, and AI-enabled technologies to enhance customer engagement, generate qualified sales opportunities, and improve campaign performance across the portfolio. This role manages and optimizes the digital ecosystem and marketing technology stack, including CRM, automation, analytics, content, and digital advertising platforms, to enable connected, compliant, and measurable customer experiences. This individual contributor partners closely with Brand Management, Marketing Communications, Sales, IT, analytics, and external agencies to translate business priorities into targeted digital programs. The manager uses segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, campaign analytics, and lifecycle marketing to improve conversion, strengthen lead nurturing, and connect digital activity to commercial outcomes. The role also provides creative input and content guidance for campaigns, launches, and events. Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities Digital Marketing and Demand Generation: Develop and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns and programs that support portfolio priorities, customer engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth. Activate segmented and personalized outreach across paid search, retargeting, programmatic media, targeted display, email, social media, content marketing, and other relevant digital channels. Digital Tech Stack Optimization: Manage and optimize the digital marketing technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, content and asset management, analytics, digital advertising, and AI-enabled solutions. Partner with appropriate stakeholders to improve system integration, data flow, governance, usability, and adoption. Digital Ecosystem Management and Engagement: Support maintenance of the Contrast Media Portfolio digital ecosystem, including a cohesive online presence across websites, social platforms, email programs, digital advertising, and other customer touchpoints. Ensure digital experiences align with portfolio strategy, brand standards, customer needs, and channel best practices. Campaign Planning and Activation: Partner with Brand Management and Marketing Communications to translate business objectives into integrated digital campaign plans. Performance Metrics and Analytics: Define and monitor campaign KPIs, including traffic, engagement, conversion, lead progression, cost per conversion, and customer journey performance. Use dashboards, A/B testing, contact management, and campaign analytics to identify insights, optimize investment, and recommend improvements. Lead Management and Sales Alignment: Collaborate with Sales and commercial partners to support lead management and align demand programs with field priorities, customer segments, and account strategies. Support effective lead capture, routing, nurturing, follow-up, and feedback processes to improve marketing contribution to the sales pipeline. Data Privacy and Compliance: Ensure digital marketing activities comply with applicable data privacy requirements, industry standards, GE HealthCare policies, and promotional review processes. Support appropriate data security, consent, documentation, and customer privacy practices across the digital ecosystem. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, revenue marketing, marketing automation, digital customer marketing, or a related field, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Proven track record of successfully managing and supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns from planning through execution, measurement, and optimization. Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and software, including CRM, marketing automation, analytics, or related marketing technology. Strong organizational, communication, analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of regulated promotional environments, digital privacy, consent, and compliant marketing practices preferred. Desired Characteristics Experience developing and executing integrated digital campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation, conversion, revenue, and customer retention. Proficiency in managing and maintaining a digital marketing technology stack, including CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, content and asset management, analytics tools, and digital advertising platforms. Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Adobe Experience Cloud, Power BI, Tableau, HubSpot, Eloqua, Knak, or comparable tools is preferred. Familiarity with AI-enabled tools for personalization, campaign optimization, workflow efficiency, predictive insights, and real-time data analysis. Experience integrating digital tools and platforms to create a compliant and seamless ecosystem that supports marketing and customer engagement goals. Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor, measure, and report on digital marketing performance and translate insights into campaign improvements. Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with Brand Management, Marketing Communications, Commercial Operations, Sales, IT, analytics, and agency partners. Exceptional project management, budgeting, prioritization, and organizational skills with the ability to manage concurrent workstreams. Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, influencing, and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to exercise sound judgment, propose solutions outside standard parameters when appropriate, and bring stakeholders to consensus. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less digital marketing experience and may lead small to medium-sized projects with defined risk and resource requirements. #LI-DN1 We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $108,000.00-$162,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
