This position reports to: Teamleiter __ Repair Assistant EMF (f/m/d) Your Role & Responsibilities Use your technical skills and attention to detail to ensure that electronic assemblies meet our high quality standards. By identifying and resolving defects, you will contribute to stable and reliable production processes. In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact. The work model for the role is: onsite in day shift. · Repair and rework electronic assemblies in accordance with IPC-A-610 and IPC-A-7711 · Perform visual inspections as well as microscope and X-ray inspections of assembled printed circuit boards · Identify, systematically record and document defects and recurring failure patterns · Analyze and resolve root causes of defects to ensure a smooth ICT process Our team dynamics Our teams support each other, collaborate, and never stop learning. The minimum compensation, in accordance with the electrical and electronics industry collective agreement, is 39,488.96 EUR annually for a full-time position as of May 2026.
