YOUR ROLE Lead failure analysis for customer complaints, returned materials/containers, and manufacturing abnormalities. Develop investigation plans and identify failure mechanisms through data analysis, testing, and technical evaluation. Perform root cause analysis and define corrective/preventive actions. Work with Production, QA, Application, R&D, and global technical teams to resolve technical issues. Monitor recurring failure trends and drive systematic improvements to prevent recurrence. Document and communicate investigation findings, conclusions, and recommendations. WHO YOU ARE Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related fields. Experience in semiconductor materials, chemical manufacturing, process engineering, or failure analysis is preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
