Job description

Work Your Magic with us! Ready to explore, break barriers, and discover more? We know you’ve got big plans – so do we! Our colleagues across the globe love innovating with science and technology to enrich people’s lives with our solutions in Healthcare, Life Science, and Electronics. Together, we dream big and are passionate about caring for our rich mix of people, customers, patients, and planet. That's why we are always looking for curious minds that see themselves imagining the unimaginable with us. Your Role: At the heart of a high-impact people programme, you will be the operational force that turns strategy into action. In this role, you will own the delivery infrastructure of the People Journey Programme – keeping governance cadences on track, managing end-to-end event logistics, maintaining programme documentation, and ensuring every workstream moves forward with precision and care. Working closely with the Lead Expert and workstream leads, you will coordinate across teams, compile performance data, produce and distribute communications content, and manage the day-to-day running of employee communities and learning formats. Your contribution will be felt across the programme: nothing falls through the cracks, every session runs to plan, and every stakeholder has what they need, when they need it. Who You Are: You bring 5–8 years of experience in programme coordination, project support, or operations – ideally within HR, people development, internal communications, or a similarly complex function. You hold a postgraduate degree in Management or equivalent professional experience, and bring a strong foundation in structured programme delivery. Your organisational skills are exceptional: you manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, track actions rigorously, and maintain documentation to a consistently high standard. You communicate clearly and concisely in writing, and are confident producing, formatting, and distributing content across digital channels and large audiences. You are comfortable working with data: compiling KPIs, maintaining tracking tools, and presenting information accurately using collaboration platforms such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams. You bring a proactive, service-oriented mindset – you anticipate what is needed before being asked, handle sensitive information with discretion, and take genuine pride in flawless execution. You are passionate about employee engagement, people development, and workplace culture, and bring a collaborative team mindset to everything you do. Location: Bangalore, India (Hybrid) What we offer: We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences. We believe that this variety drives excellence and innovation, strengthening our ability to lead in science and technology. We are committed to creating access and opportunities for all to develop and grow at your own pace. Join us in building a culture of inclusion and belonging that impacts millions and empowers everyone to work their magic and champion human progress! Apply now and become a part of a team that is dedicated to Sparking Discovery and Elevating Humanity!
