Location/Division Specific Information: This role sits within our busy dispensing operations team at The Binding Site, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, supporting production and quality assurance activities in a cGMP-controlled environment. You will work closely with production, quality, engineering, and supply chain teams to deliver critical laboratory and life science products. How Will You Make an Impact?: You will ensure our manufacturing processes run consistently, accurately, and in full compliance with quality and regulatory standards — directly safeguarding product integrity and patient safety. Your attention to detail and proactive problem-solving will help us maintain reliable output, reduce waste, and continuously improve our operations. A Day in the Life: • Complete manufacturing tasks, in-process testing, and accurate real-time documentation — ensuring all records are legible, complete, and fully aligned with our Quality Management System and regulatory requirements. • Use our ERP IFS system to log work progress, manage inventory transactions, and raise change requests — flagging any issues or potential risks immediately so they can be resolved quickly. • Work effectively across teams to prioritise workloads, meet production targets, and identify opportunities for process improvement — delivering consistent, high-quality results that support our mission. Education: High School Diploma, Secondary Education, Advanced Certificate, or equivalent. Experience: Required: Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, documentation flow, and the potential impact of non-compliance on product quality and safety. • Competent using ERP systems; strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. • Effective team player with clear communication skills — able to work cross-functionally with production, quality, engineering, and external stakeholders such as auditors and suppliers.
