EMEA Control Tower Region Lead Location: Budapest, Hungary Reporting To: EMEA Control Tower Manager About the Role We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated EMEA Control Tower Region Lead to join our Product Delivery organization in Budapest. In this critical role, you will act as the regional Supply Chain focal point, ensuring outstanding customer and partner experience while driving operational excellence across the end-to-end supply chain. As the bridge between Country Sales Offices and Supply Chain Operations, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage escalations, support revenue achievement, and translate strategic objectives into operational execution. The ideal candidate combines strong supply chain expertise, customer focus, analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced international environment. Key Responsibilities Supply Chain Operations & Coordination Oversee and monitor end-to-end supply chain activities across the assigned region. Lead daily regional operational meetings with key stakeholders and maintain action trackers. Gather relevant inputs and provide accurate updates during EMEA Control Tower meetings. Make decisions regarding emergency shipments and critical customer requirements. Drive operational coordination across multiple supply chain functions. Identify and escalate supply chain risks, constraints, and operational challenges. Stakeholder & Customer Management Serve as the primary Supply Chain point of contact for regional stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with Country Sales Offices and partners. Manage customer and partner escalations, ensuring timely recovery actions. Translate business needs into actionable supply chain solutions. Partner closely with Planning Operations, GBS O2D, KN ACC Operations, LCC, Data Management, and Sales teams. Performance & Revenue Management Support delivery of regional revenue commitments. Provide daily revenue outlook estimates and operational forecasting. Estimate processable unit order load across the region. Deliver data visibility and reporting to support business decisions. Monitor and drive achievement of regional operational KPIs. Continuous Improvement & Projects Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce operational costs. Recommend and implement process improvements. Support and lead projects as requested. Contribute to the translation of EMEA Supply Chain strategy into operational execution. Provide backup support for team members when required. Scope of Responsibility You will be responsible for supporting operations across: Finished Goods Manage Print Services Hardware Deployments Spare Parts Multiple countries within the assigned EMEA region Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience 2-5 years of leadership or management experience in Customer Relationship Management within an international environment. Experience in Supply Chain Operations, Logistics, Customer Service, or Order-to-Delivery processes. Experience in Sales Administration or Order-to-Cash operations is considered an advantage. Skills & Competencies Personal Attributes Strong customer and partner focus. Ability to make decisions quickly in a dynamic environment. Proactive, autonomous, and results-oriented. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Ability to manage pressure and competing priorities effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Collaborative team player with proven stakeholder management capabilities. Strong change management mindset. Technical Skills Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel. Experience with Order-to-Delivery processes. Proven team leadership and coordination experience. SAP experience within Supply Chain modules is an advantage. Advanced English language proficiency. Additional European language skills are highly desirable. Why Join Us?
