Job Description 職種 / 目的 このポジションは、大阪工場の新しい充填機ラインにかかる液体充填・粉末充填、滅菌、C/SIP薬液調製ライン、洗浄機のバリデーションを実行するものである。 このポジションは、新充填ラインを理解し、また、 GMPに関する十分な理解を有し、注射剤製造に従事することで商用生産に向けての準備を進める。 商用生産に向けて、製造部、エンジニアリング部門、品質管理部門、品質保証部門と日々連携して業務を行う。 職務責任 注射剤製造作業 継続的な工程改善 適切なSOP整備と教育活動 製造工程や設備のバリデーション／クオリフィケーションの文書作成・実作業 当局の査察の対応 新設備、新プロセスの設計と立ち上げ デジタル技術など新技術を用いた工程最適化の推進 逸脱、変更管理、CAPA対応 バリデーション作業を支援するための、ロガーなどのバリデーション試験装置の使用。 上長の指示に従い、その他の業務を行う。 職務範囲と特徴 技術的 / 職務的 ( ライン ) 専門性 プロトコールやSOPの作成と実行を含み、必要に応じて医薬品/バイオテクノロジーのバリデーションに関する基本的な経験がなければならない。 cGMP規制環境における作業規範に関する基本的な知識を有する必要がある。製造部門、エンジニアリング部門、および/またはテクニカルサービス部門の実務経験はプラスとなる。 リーダーシップ ) 優れた対人 /コミュニケーション /影響力/交渉スキル/組織/優先順位付けなどのリーダーシップおよびプロジェクト管理スキル。 意思決定および自主性 上長の支援を受けながらタスク完了、意思決定、他者の権限付与、例外管理、教育訓練、問題解決を自主的に実行できる。 相互連携 部門で設定された目標やプロジェクト目標を実行し、達成するために、大阪工場の外部業者、エンジニアリング部門、製造部門、品質保証部門、薬事部門、およびEHS部門のSMEやグローバルSMEと連携できなければならない。 イノベーション 部門内または大阪工場内の実施されているプロセスの最適化を自主的に実施できなければならない。 複雑さ 技術的問題の分析・解決にあたっては、上長の支援を受けながらトラブルシューティングや意思決定能力がある。 . 学歴、行動能力とスキル : 高卒・高専卒以上で、下記の実務経験を有する方 GMP業務経験。特にアイソレータを使用した無菌充填工程に関する経験。 医薬品の製造業務（医薬品の性質・剤型問わず） 設備、新プロセスの設計と立上げ 当局の査察の対応 追加情報 主にオフィス環境で働くが、製造・サポートエリアで働くことも求められる。 特別なガウニングを必要とする管理された環境で働くこと。ガウニングの要件に従い、頭、顔、手、足、身体に保護衣を着用することが求められる。化粧、宝飾品、コンタクトレンズ、マニキュア液、またはネイルは、製造環境では着用できないことがある。 閉鎖空間(屋根裏空間、エンジンルーム、タンクなど)で作業する能力があること。 アルコール、酸、緩衝液など、呼吸保護を必要とする化学物質を取り扱う。 必要に応じて、週末や残業等を含め、複数の交替勤務ができる必要がある。 Takeda Compensation and Benefits Summary: Allowances: Commutation, Housing, Overtime Work etc. Salary Increase: Annually, Bonus Payment: Twice a year Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/ Tokyo) 9:00-17:30, Production Sites (Osaka/ Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45, (Narita) 8:30-17:15, Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45 Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year) Paid Leaves: Annual Paid Leave, Special Paid Leave, Sick Leave, Family Support Leave, Maternity Leave, Childcare Leave, Family Nursing Leave.
