You will be responsible for defining and evolving the healthcare data architecture supporting the Digital Foundation , including the Data Intelligence Platform (DIP) and Data Hub. Your primary focus will be enabling semantic interoperability between healthcare systems, medical devices, clinical workflows, digital health applications, and analytics solutions. The role combines strong healthcare domain expertise with data architecture, interoperability, analytics, and governance capabilities. You will translate clinical and business requirements into conceptual and logical information models, canonical healthcare data structures, reusable data products, and standards-aligned specifications that support advanced analytics, AI, reporting, and secondary use of healthcare data. You will work with healthcare interoperability standards and terminologies including: HL7 FHIR HL7 v2 SNOMED CT LOINC ICD UCUM DICOM / DICOMweb IHE Profiles OMOP Common Data Model The ultimate goal of the role is to ensure that healthcare data remains semantically consistent, interoperable, privacy-compliant, and reusable across the entire healthcare data lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Healthcare Data Architecture Define and maintain the target healthcare data architecture for Digital Foundation solutions. Design conceptual, logical, and canonical healthcare information models that accurately represent healthcare concepts, entities, workflows, and business meaning. Ensure alignment between healthcare business requirements, analytical models, interoperability standards, and technical implementations. Develop architecture blueprints and data architecture principles supporting healthcare data integration, sharing, analytics, and AI initiatives. Contribute to the long-term evolution of the organization's healthcare data ecosystem and interoperability strategy.
