Apply SaaS principles such as multi-tenancy and modularity, define customization limits, and guide platform use to ensure performance and maintainability. Must have skills : Veeva Vault Good to have skills : Quality Management Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As an Associate Manager you will lead the development of complex solutions and transformational opportunities for Veeva vault QMS. Your role will involve ensuring alignment of the solution to the client's organizational goals and driving successful project outcomes. The IT Solution Architect is responsible for defining the technical and solution-related target architecture. The role ensures that business requirements and functional requirements are translated into a technically feasible, scalable, secure, and compliant solution. Roles & Responsibilities: -Define the solution architecture scope -Describe functional requirements in a solution-relevant way (ALM) -Translate business requirements and functional requirements into solution designs -Define the system landscape, interfaces, integrations, and data flows -Assess technical feasibility, risks, and dependencies -Define and assess non-functional requirements such as security, performance, reliability, and data integrity -Ensure architectural alignment with GxP, data integrity, and IT governance -Advise the Change Board on the technical impact of changes -Provide the technical decision basis for implementation and configuration -Ensure that the solution is compatible with existing interfaces and platform standards - Ensure alignment of solution to client s organization goals. - Drive successful project outcomes. -Participate in effort estimation of projects and RFP's Professional & Technical Skills: Must Have Skills: Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault QMS and have worked in various features and modules of QMS. Must have - Veeva Vault configuration experience. Knowledge in Veeva Vault SDK and JAVA and knowledge in Veeva vault integrations. - Experienced in systems integrations integrating Vault with external systems. - Inbound and outbound interfaces architecture and development -Should understand agile model of development project lifecycle. -Strong leadership and coordination skills in an offshore delivery model. -Excellent communication skills for daily sync-ups, reporting, and issue escalations. -Attention to detail, quality orientation, and ability to manage workload under deadlines. -Proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting complex technical issues in Veeva Vault and related systems. -A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Veeva Vault QMS is expected. Additional Information: - The candidate should have strong development experience with Quality Management Systems - e.g. Track Wise or Veeva Vault QMS.
