Job Function: Legal & Compliance Job Sub Function: Enterprise Compliance Job Category: Professional All Job Posting Locations: Bogotá, Distrito Capital, Colombia Job Description: We are searching for the best talent for Senior Manager, Third Party Management The Senior Manager, Third Party Management is responsible for leading global operational execution of Johnson & Johnson's Third Party Management (TPM) program. This role oversees teams responsible for the efficient, consistent, and compliant execution of third-party lifecycle activities, including onboarding, due diligence, risk assessments, ongoing monitoring, issue management, and offboarding. The Senior Manager drives operational excellence through effective workforce management, service delivery, process standardization, performance management, quality oversight, and continuous improvement. The role works closely with Procurement, Compliance, Legal, Privacy, Security, Finance, and other risk stakeholders to ensure third-party activities are executed in accordance with program requirements, regulatory expectations, and company policies. The Senior Manager leads global teams across multiple regions and time zones, ensuring operational consistency, effective issue resolution, strong stakeholder engagement, and achievement of service-level commitments while supporting the ongoing evolution of the TPM operating model. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership & Service DeliveryLead day-to-day execution of Third Party Management operations across assigned teams and regions. Ensure timely and compliant execution of third-party lifecycle activities, including onboarding, risk assessments, monitoring, issue management, and offboarding. Drive achievement of service levels, operational performance metrics, quality targets, and stakeholder experience objectives. Monitor operational volumes, workloads, cycle times, and capacity utilization to ensure effective resource allocation and service delivery. Serve as an escalation point for complex operational issues, risk exceptions, and process challenges. Ensure consistent application of global processes, controls, and operating procedures across regions. Program Execution & GovernanceExecute TPM policies, procedures, standards, and governance requirements across operational teams. Support implementation of program enhancements, operating model changes, and continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor compliance with established control requirements and escalation protocols. Provide operational insights and recommendations to support program maturity and effectiveness. Support preparation of management reporting, governance reviews, audits, and regulatory examinations. Risk & Compliance ManagementOversee execution of due diligence, risk assessment, monitoring, remediation, and offboarding activities. Partner with Compliance, Legal, Privacy, Global Security, ISRM, Healthcare Compliance, and other risk functions to address identified risks. Ensure adherence to regulatory and policy requirements related to sanctions, anti-bribery and corruption, anti-money laundering, privacy, and supplier risk management. Promote a strong control environment and timely remediation of identified issues. Cross-Functional PartnershipCollaborate with Procurement, business stakeholders, and risk functions to support effective third-party engagement management. Drive alignment across stakeholders to resolve operational issues and improve process efficiency. Support implementation of risk-based decision-making practices throughout the third-party lifecycle. Build strong working relationships with business partners to balance risk management requirements and business needs. Operational Excellence & Continuous ImprovementMonitor and analyze operational performance metrics, quality indicators, service-level trends, and workload data. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce cycle times, improve quality, and enhance user experience. Lead process improvement initiatives and support implementation of automation and technology-enabled solutions. Support adoption and effective utilization of TPM technology platforms and workflow tools. Drive data-based decision-making and operational discipline across the organization. People LeadershipLead and develop managers, team leads, and individual contributors across multiple locations and time zones. Establish clear goals, performance expectations, and accountability measures. Coach team members and leaders to build operational, risk management, and leadership capabilities. Support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development activities. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, inclusion, and customer service. Promote Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives. Required QualificationsEducationBachelor's degree required. Advanced degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Law, Compliance, Risk Management, or related field preferred. ExperienceMinimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in Third Party Management, Procurement, Compliance, Risk Management, Supplier Management, Shared Services, Operations, or related disciplines. Demonstrated experience leading operational teams in a complex, high-volume, process-driven environment. Experience managing managers, team leads, and/or global operational teams. Experience driving service delivery, quality, operational performance, and continuous improvement. Experience working across regions and partnering with global stakeholders. Experience supporting enterprise programs and cross-functional initiatives. Strong understanding of procurement and/or compliance processes. Experience working within third-party risk management, supplier governance, or related risk frameworks preferred.
