This is a field-based position that may be filled in France or in other strategic European markets, such as the United Kingdom, Ireland or the Benelux region. Who you are: You have at least five years of experience leading commercial teams in the pharmaceutical microbiology quality-control market, with a strong understanding of customers, buying cycles, and the competitive landscape. You have a proven track record of delivering sales growth, expanding margins, and managing commercial performance through clear targets, rigorous forecasting, and decisive action. You are an inspiring people leader who coaches actively, develops talent, promotes from within, and creates a culture where high standards and collaboration go hand in hand. You hold a Master's or PhD in a Life Science discipline and/or a Master's degree in Business, enabling you to connect scientific value with commercial strategy. You build credible, long-term relationships with senior pharmaceutical stakeholders and know how to align distributors and cross-functional partners around shared priorities.
