Job Description: We are seeking a Transportation Administrator to oversee our daily shipping and logistics operations. In this role, you will assist analyzing transit data, evaluate carrier performance, make bookings, monitor shipments door/door, and identify ways to cut costs while maintaining high delivery standards. Monitor Internal Shipping Tool Dashboard, work with both internal customers and external vendors to meet our shipment needs. Requirements/Qualifications: Key Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods. Manage daily transportation activities, including scheduling, routing, and tracking shipments (domestic and international). Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers to resolve service issues. Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations, customs requirements, and company policies. Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and freight invoices. Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and customer service teams to optimize logistics operations. Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory movements, and carrier performance metrics. Support implementation of logistics software and digital tracking tools. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or traffic coordination. Strong knowledge of transportation regulations, Incoterms, and customs procedures. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience with international shipping and documentation is a preferred. High School Diploma or Associate Degree Preferred(Business or Logistics) Key Competencies Attention to detail and accuracy Analytical thinking and process improvement Team collaboration and cross-functional communication Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
