The Role We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP FI – Accounts Payable Consultant to lead and deliver SAP FI/AP solutions within a complex business environment. You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to translate requirements into effective SAP solutions. The role requires strong hands-on SAP FI expertise combined with the ability to take ownership of solution design, delivery, issue resolution, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP FI – Accounts Payable (AP) solutions. Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP functional solutions. Provide functional expertise and recommendations across the Accounts Payable process area. Take ownership of complex functional issues, including root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution. Support end-to-end solution delivery, including requirements analysis, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. Collaborate with business, functional, technical, and integration teams to ensure effective solution delivery. Review functional designs and solutions to ensure quality and alignment with business requirements. Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization. Support integration between SAP FI/AP and relevant SAP or external systems. Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to junior team members where required. Manage priorities and deliverables while working across multiple stakeholders and workstreams. Required Qualifications Strong hands-on experience with SAP FI – Accounts Payable. Solid understanding of end-to-end SAP FI/AP business processes. Experience in SAP FI configuration, functional design, testing, troubleshooting, and implementation/support. Ability to independently analyze and resolve complex SAP functional issues. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Good stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and technical teams. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Preferred Qualifications Experience working on SAP S/4HANA environments. Experience with SAP implementation, transformation, enhancement, or support projects. Understanding of integration between SAP FI and other SAP modules. Experience supporting testing, cutover, deployment, or go-live activities. Ability to mentor or provide functional guidance to other team members. Strong adaptability and project coordination skills. .
