Location: Tuas, Singapore Join Lonza’s Cell & Gene Therapy team and help manufacture innovative treatments that make a meaningful difference to patients. You’ll gain hands-on experience in cGMP manufacturing, aseptic processing and cleanroom operations while building your career in biopharmaceutical manufacturing. What you will do • Perform cGMP manufacturing activities using aseptic and cleanroom practices. • Complete Batch Records, logbooks and GMP documentation accurately and on time. • Perform environmental monitoring, equipment cleaning, sanitization and production support activities. • Use electronic systems including DMS, LIMS and TrackWise. • Review Batch Records and logbooks to support timely manufacturing operations. • Identify and escalate deviations, equipment alarms and other non-routine events. • Maintain training requirements and contribute to safety, quality and continuous improvement initiatives. What we are looking for •Degree or equivalent qualification in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, Engineering or a related discipline. • Relevant academic, technical or industry experience; biopharmaceutical manufacturing experience is an advantage but not essential. • Knowledge of biopharmaceutical processing, aseptic techniques or cleanroom operations is an advantage. • Basic understanding of cGMP, quality, safety and data integrity principles. • Ability to learn and work with electronic manufacturing and quality systems. • Strong communication skills with a collaborative and proactive approach. • Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment and on a rotating 12-hour shift pattern.
