About this Position As a Senior Developer RPA & Automation, you will play a key role in driving digital transformation through the development and deployment of automation solutions that improve business efficiency and productivity. You will leverage your expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, automation development, and Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions while ensuring timely execution of project objectives. You will be part of the Business Process Automation (BPA) team, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, process analysts, project managers, and cross-functional teams to design and implement automation solutions that support business goals. This role offers the opportunity to work on enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, gain exposure to innovative technologies, and contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes through automation and digital solutions. What you´ll do Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies to support business process transformation initiatives Collaborate with business stakeholders, process analysts, and project teams to gather requirements and identify automation opportunities Participate in Agile SCRUM activities, including sprint planning, user story development, solution reviews, and project delivery Perform solution testing, troubleshooting, quality assurance, and technical documentation to ensure reliable and scalable automation deployments Support user acceptance testing (UAT), production releases, and post-implementation activities to ensure successful adoption of automation solutions Drive continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities and promoting automation best practices across the organization What makes you a good fit Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field with 5-10 years of relevant experience in automation development Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and related automation technologies Good understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working within SCRUM-based project delivery environments Experience in automation development, business process improvement, solution testing, and deployment activities Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (1:00 PM to 10:00 PM) and report on a hybrid work setup in Ayala Avenue, Makati Some perks of joining Henkel A thriving career with the Top 15 Best Workplaces in the Philippines by Great Place to Work and the Top GBS Employer in the Philippines by the Everest Group for 4 consecutive years!
