Our Customer & Operations division are seeking a Risk & Compliance Manager, playing a governance specialist role to the Head of Risk & Compliance - Governance, supporting the Customer & Operations Division at Allianz. You will play a pivotal role in reporting to and engagement with the Chief General Manager, General Managers and other key senior stakeholders on business-critical risk and compliance matters and metrics. Providing advice on the design, implementation and ongoing monitoring and maintenance of division-specific compliance and risk frameworks, policies, procedures, and controls in support of the above, ensuring that business activities remain within the defined risk appetite, in particular the Enterprise Resilience and Workplace Services functions within C&O. Providing advice on the implementation and promotion of corporate compliance and risk frameworks and policies, liaising closely with the Second Line of Defence on all divisional-specific risk management and compliance matters, ensuring that operational compliance plans, quarterly risk declarations and risk views and all risk and control assessment activities are kept up-to-date and adhered to. Providing consultative guidance on both current and anticipated operational and business risks, and in the development of processes to manage risk in line with the Board approved risk appetite and Allianz Risk Management Framework. Monitoring and reporting on key risk indicators and internal control performance to relevant internal stakeholders, as well as management of breaches, incidents and issues, key and emerging risks, controls assurance and regulatory change About you Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or professional certifications in risk, compliance, governance, audit, finance or a related discipline. Demonstrated experience in risk management, compliance, governance or a related control function. Strong understanding of risk frameworks, controls, regulatory requirements and compliance obligations. Ability to identify, assess and manage business risks while providing practical risk advice to stakeholders. Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing and relationship management skills across multiple levels of the organisation. Strong analytical, problem-solving and reporting capabilities, with the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights.
