We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytically driven professional to support operational excellence through strong data management and cross-functional collaboration across Business Units. In this role, you will translate data into actionable insights, ensure clear visibility across ASM’s facilities, and support planning and coordination to keep initiatives on track. You will play a key role in driving alignment, communicating weekly status to management, and enabling teams to operate efficiently at scale as well as working on Product Life Cycle and ensure we have full alignment with our product governance. Responsibilities Help Program Manage and take the lead to drive cross functional teams to ensure we stay on track. Align with all Metrology, Process & Wet Bench tools to align with systems dock dates and help ensure a seamless transition. Analyze installation and qualification data to identify trends, delays, and potential issues Provide support on Product Life Cycle and Tool Governance Drive weekly status meeting with key stakeholders across multiple departments Provide weekly updates to management Minimum qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, analytics, or performance management roles Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Analytics, or a related field Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools Experience working with cross-regional or global teams Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of workforce planning and operational tools is an advantage Preferred qualifications Data-driven decision making Stakeholder collaboration and communication Strategic thinking and problem-solving Attention to detail and accuracy Project and time management Apply today to be part of what’s next.
