We are looking for a Compensation Analyst to own the global administration of our Long-Term Incentive (LTI) and Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) programs. This role is primarily execution-focused and responsible for the administration of our global LTI and ESPP programs. It requires close coordination across various countries and functions to ensure consistent and compliant delivery of equity programs. You will oversee key operational processes, ensure data accuracy, and act as the primary point of contact with external equity administration vendors. Your tasks on a day-to-day basis will mainly involve: Manage the end-to-end administration of global LTI and ESPP programs (including enrollment periods, equity transactions, and employee communications) Maintain and align participant data, ensuring accuracy across HR, payroll, and vendor systems across multiple global locations.
