Job description

Your Job As a Digitalization Technician, you will support Molex's digital transformation initiatives by developing, maintaining, and improving smart manufacturing solutions. You will work closely with manufacturing, engineering, and IT teams to leverage data, automation, and digital technologies that enhance operational efficiency, visibility, and decision-making. Our Team You will join the Digitalization & Manufacturing Technology team, working alongside engineers and cross-functional partners to accelerate Industry 4.0 initiatives across our manufacturing operations. Our team is focused on creating practical digital solutions that improve productivity, quality, and the employee experience. What You Will Do Support the development and deployment of digital manufacturing solutions and automation tools Create dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools to improve operational visibility Collaborate with production, engineering, and support functions to identify digitalization opportunities Maintain and enhance existing applications, databases, and digital systems Collect, analyze, and interpret manufacturing data to support continuous improvement initiatives Provide technical support and training for digital tools used by operations teams Participate in Industry 4.0 projects involving IoT, automation, paperless processes, and smart factory technologies Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Automation, Mechatronics, Electronics, or a related field Experience working with databases, data analysis, or software applications Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Python, C#, VBA, or other programming tools Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide system support Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment What Will Put You Ahead Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial environments Familiarity with MES, ERP, SCADA, PLC, or Industrial IoT systems Experience developing Power Apps or Power Automate solutions Knowledge of data visualization, automation, and digital transformation concepts Understanding of Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement methodologies At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
