As we continue to build our consulting capability in Finland, we are looking for a Director, Strategy & Operating Model Consulting to establish and lead this capability. Why this role is different Most consulting leadership roles involve inheriting an existing team, predefined methodologies and established service offerings. This opportunity is different. You will play a key role in building the Strategy & Operating Model capability for Wayfinders Finland from the ground up. You will help define the offerings we take to market, shape our consulting approach, recruit key team members and establish Wayfinders as a trusted transformation partner for Finnish organisations. At the same time, you won't be starting from scratch. Through Fujitsu, we already have strong relationships with many of Finland's leading organisations, particularly within retail, manufacturing, public sector and financial services. We are trusted technology partners to many clients today, and see a significant opportunity to expand those relationships into business transformation, operating model redesign and AI-enabled change. The Opportunity As Director, Strategy & Operating Model Consulting, you will help clients answer some of the most important questions facing business leaders today: How should our organisation operate in an AI-enabled future? Which processes should be redesigned, automated or transformed? How do we create more effective operating models? How will AI reshape the way work gets done? How can we improve efficiency while enhancing customer and employee experience? You will work directly with senior business leaders to define future-state operating models, redesign critical business processes and create practical transformation roadmaps. Working closely with colleagues in AI & Data, Change Management and Technology Consulting, you will help clients move from strategic vision to measurable implementation. This is a true player-coach role combining business development, executive advisory, delivery leadership and practice building. What you will be responsible for Build and Grow the Practice Establish and lead the Strategy & Operating Model consulting capability in Finland. Define market propositions and consulting offerings. Recruit and develop a high-performing consulting team. Help create methodologies, frameworks and reusable consulting assets. Contribute to the wider European Wayfinders consulting agenda. Support the development of innovative AI-enabled consulting approaches. Business Development & Client Growth Build trusted relationships with senior business stakeholders. Develop consulting opportunities across existing Fujitsu accounts and new target clients. Lead proposals, executive presentations and commercial discussions. Identify growth opportunities and help expand Wayfinders' presence in the Finnish market. Position Wayfinders as a trusted advisor for operating model and process transformation. Client Advisory & Delivery Leadership Lead complex consulting engagements focused on operating model transformation and process redesign. Advise clients on AI-enabled business transformation. Design future-state operating models and transformation roadmaps. Redesign business processes across functions such as supply chain, sales, finance and customer operations. Facilitate executive workshops and strategic transformation discussions. Ensure high-quality delivery and measurable business outcomes. Build long-term trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders. What we're looking for We are looking for an experienced consulting leader who combines strategic thinking, commercial credibility and deep expertise in how organisations operate. You will likely bring: Director-level experience within a leading management consulting or transformation advisory practice. A proven track record of selling and delivering consulting engagements. Strong expertise in operating model design and business process transformation. Experience advising senior business leaders and executive stakeholders. Experience creating consulting propositions and developing new business. A strong professional network and market credibility. Experience building and developing consulting teams. Excellent facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in Finnish and English. Experience in the retail sector is highly preferred.
