You’ll be taking the lead on the design and launch of new programmes for our customers. You’ll also oversee programmes that are already running and find ways to improve them. Key job responsibilities Recruit and onboard new partner entrepreneurs by guiding them through the established hiring processes Refine the value proposition of the program based on learnings and insights gained from on-the-ground experience Maintain high levels of engagement with customers (partner entrepreneurs) and proactively identify any challenges they are facing Enhance the way the organization engages with partners and improve the services provided to increase quality and efficiency Build and nurture robust relationships with key stakeholders across the program portfolio Identify and spearhead new projects or initiatives aimed at solving partner pain points and improving the overall partner experience A day in the life As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and improving initiatives that ensure the smooth running of our operations. You’ll work closely with a range of Amazon colleagues to understand how they work, and what you and your teams can learn, as well as sharing your own expertise. Together, you’ll identify exciting new opportunities and will take the lead when it comes to designing their implementation. You’ll encourage and support your teams and colleagues to meet important deliverables, while proactively looking for new, data-backed ways we could do things better. Your work will be integral to your team’s success. - Bachelor's degree, or Master's degree - Speak, write, and read fluently in English at C1 level or above - Experience in business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business - Experience in developing, negotiating and executing business agreements - Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software - Speak, write, and read fluently in German - Experience using data to influence business decisions - Experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
