Job description

We are currently looking for a dynamic, highly motivated, business professional, with an outstanding track record in Healthcare Supply Chain/Key Account Management to build on our market leadership position. The candidate should have strong Supply Chain and market knowledge with a distinct business aptitude to deliver value to many blue chip multinational healthcare partners. An in-depth knowledge for understanding sales, profitability, inventory management and reporting is essential. The successful individuals will have the ability to manage multiple projects/programs and will be results oriented with a proven track record of sales, marketing and client management. Communication skills, an ability to influence a variety of audiences and the capability to drive value projects to completion is essential. Successful candidates must be able work effectively in a rapidly changing environment and meet ongoing and overlapping deadlines. MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES A leader to the junior members of the team. Work closely with the Business support manager to ensure all data/reporting is accurate for each client. Development of strategies for relationship management, how to retain and develop new opportunities within existing clients Work closely with the finance director to ensure all client relationships are maintained. Develop and maintain a strong relationship with client management to ensure the client is confident and satisfied with the service the group provides. Accountable for all deliverables and targets for assigned group of clients Manage operational metrics, which ensures that the group is meeting business required goals across all clients. Ensure adherence to metrics and service levels and drive corrective action as required. Analyze and understand the client and their business, including future direction, business direction to add value both internally and externally. Understanding market trends, dynamics, competitor activities and customer requirements to identify new revenue streams and market opportunities. Review and implement where feasible alternate solutions for current activities and be a catalyst for change to improve the customer experience. Monitor Account profitability in line with annual targets. Build peer support and strong internal-company relationships across all divisions and functions to ensure the successful end to end management of each client. Ability to analyse market data and understand future trends to meet customer needs. QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED At least 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management or Key Account Management as part of a business role. Working knowledge of SAP (Systems Applications and Products) is essential Capability of building strong and collaborative internal and supplier relationships Demonstrated negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Previous experience in strong report writing and presenting data.
