This role requires gathering and analyzing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and designing comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. The position also includes translating these business needs into technology-driven strategies and operational frameworks. Additionally, the Business Architect plays a crucial role in supporting transformation efforts by preparing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of significant initiatives, ensuring alignment with the overall vision and objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business strategies and technology solutions. - Assist in the continuous improvement of business processes by identifying gaps and recommending enhancements. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and foster consensus among stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Vendor Invoice Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Generative AI. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities. - Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technology solutions. - Experience in developing business cases and supporting project implementation. - Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
