The ideal candidate should be capable of managing Leave of Absence (LOA) requests, coordinating with employees and stakeholders, maintaining accurate records, ensuring policy compliance, and providing excellent customer service. Knowledge of HR systems, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information are essential for success in this role.
