The role requires applying a comprehensive understanding of various technologies, methodologies, and tools to effectively support clients, projects, or organizational entities. This position demands continuous engagement with evolving software processes and adapting solutions to align with project goals, ensuring seamless integration and functionality throughout the development stages. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and project outcomes. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Primavera Unifier. - Strong experience in software configuration and customization within enterprise environments. - Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into effective software solutions. - Familiarity with project lifecycle management and software development methodologies. - Competence in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintain system integrity. - Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
