Job Description: To maintain and improve DFB laser performance, yield, and reliability with extensive data analysis - Ph.D. in physics, electrical engineering, materials science or equivalent - Experience in EPI growth, design or wafer fab process of DFB laser a plus Broadcom is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
