Senior Quality Technician

Job description

Conduct incoming inspection of raw materials and components per approved procedures, drawings, and inspection plans, including First Article Inspection to ensure compliance with defined specifications and acceptance criteria, and execute sustaining incoming inspection based on sampling plans to detect defects early and maintain consistent material quality for production readiness. 进行原材料及零部件的来料检验, 依据已批准的程序, 图纸及检验计划执行, 包括首件检验（FAI), 以确保符合既定规范及验收标准; 并按照抽样计划开展持续性来料检验, 及早发现缺陷,确保物料质量稳定并满足生产准备要求. Conduct Product Outgoing Quality Control & Release Activities through outgoing quality checks, including batch record (e.g. DHR) review, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with quality and regulatory requirements. 进行产品出货质量控制及放行活动,通过出货检验（包括批生产记录（如DHR）审核）,确保记录完整,准确,并符合质量及相关法规要求. Maintain and update inspection records, batch documentation, and quality data in accordance with QMS requirements to ensure full traceability and support internal and external audit readiness for the site. 根据质量管理体系（QMS）要求, 维护并更新检验记录, 批次文件及质量数据, 确保完整的可追溯性, 并支持工厂内部及外部审核的准备与顺利开展. Work closely with cross functional team such as Engineering, Supplier Quality, Global Sourcing, etc, to align inspection criteria, communicate defects, and ensure compliance with internal processes and external regulatory requirements, by applying problem tools, e.g., 5 Why, Fishbone and participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen. 与工程, 供应商质量, 全球采购等跨职能团队紧密合作, 对齐检验标准, 沟通质量缺陷, 并确保符合内部流程及外部法规要求, 同时运用问题解决工具（如5 Why、鱼骨图等）开展分析, 并参与持续改进活动 (如Kaizen精益改善).
