About the Job you are considering: We are seeking experienced UX/UI Engineer with strong expertise in Banking domain who will overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time. Your Role: Deliver end-to-end from requirement design build test production support Break down work into stories tasks ship iteratively using flow-based delivery Design UI solutions and implement them using semantic HTML CSS vanilla JS and Web Components Improve shared UI libraries patterns and documentation examples to drive adoption Champion accessibility and semantic HTML standards through hands-on delivery and mentoring Pair with others mentor juniors through coaching and constructive feedback.
