Your Job Georgia-Pacific is seeking a Maintenance Systems & Master Data SME to serve as the steward of maintenance systems, asset data, and work management governance at the Toledo Mill. This role is responsible for ensuring GP Asset Suite data, asset hierarchies, preventive maintenance records, bills of materials (BOMs), job plans, work orders, and reporting structures are accurate, standardized, and aligned with the Asset Maintenance Work Process (AMWP). The role enables better maintenance planning, reliability improvement, cost visibility, inventory management, and business decision-making through trusted data and strong system discipline. What You Will Do Maintenance Systems & Data Governance • Own the health and governance of GP Asset Suite master data. • Maintain asset hierarchies, equipment records, BOMs, PMs, job plans, and work management standards. • Lead data quality audits, cleanup efforts, standardization initiatives, and continuous improvement projects. • Develop and maintain governance processes for master data creation, modification, and control. AMWP & Business Process Support • Support work identification, prioritization, planning, scheduling, execution, closeout, and backlog management processes. • Improve work request quality, failure coding accuracy, work order closeout discipline, and planning readiness. • Support outage planning and execution through effective work and asset data management. • Partner with Stores and Purchasing on CatID management, SLOB reviews, inventory optimization, BOM accuracy, asset-to-material linkage, and disposition of excess or obsolete inventory. • Ensure maintenance and inventory data support safe, reliable, and cost-competitive operations. Reporting, Analytics & User Support • Develop and maintain CMMS reports, dashboards, KPIs, and management scorecards. • Provide analysis and reporting support to Maintenance, Reliability, Planning, Operations, Finance, and Leadership. • Serve as the site's GP Asset Suite subject matter expert. • Coach and train users on CMMS standards, workflows, and best practices. • Support system access, issue resolution, and user adoption. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) • High School Diploma or GED. • Five or more years of experience in maintenance, reliability, planning, technical services, maintenance systems, or related industrial functions. • Experience using a CMMS/EAM system in a manufacturing or industrial environment. • Working knowledge of maintenance planning, preventive maintenance, work management, and asset hierarchies. • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functions. What Will Put You Ahead • Experience with GP Asset Suite, SAP PM, IBM Maximo, Infor EAM, or similar CMMS/EAM systems. • Experience in maintenance planning, reliability, supervision, technical services, or maintenance systems administration. • Experience with master data governance, PM optimization, BOM development, and job plan management. • Experience supporting storeroom operations, CatID creation, inventory optimization, SLOB reduction, and spare-parts governance. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting and analytics tools. • Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, and management reports. • Experience training and coaching CMMS users.
