Your Job Georgia-Pacific’s Delivery Excellence organization is seeking an Enterprise Agile Coach to strengthen delivery performance and improve outcomes across products, projects, and other technology initiatives. This role combines people leadership with enterprise-level responsibility for improving delivery quality, predictability, and value realization. The position supervises a small team while serving as a hands-on coach who influences delivery practices, governance, organizational ways of working, and enabling tools. This role is based in Atlanta, GA at our HQ building located at 133 Peachtree St. This role is hybrid with an expectation of three (3) days in office per week. Our Team Georgia-Pacific’s Delivery Excellence organization partners across the enterprise to prioritize, plan, and deliver work. The team provides project management and Agile delivery services across a range of technology initiatives, with a focus on quality, predictability, sound delivery practices, and measurable business outcomes. Delivery Excellence also helps evolve enterprise capabilities, governance, and tools that support scalable execution. What You Will Do Supervise and develop a team by providing mentorship, performance feedback, clear expectations, and career development Align team priorities and performance expectations to enterprise delivery standards and business value outcomes Provide leaders with visibility into delivery health, systemic risks, constraints, and improvement opportunities across engagements and portfolios Establish and evolve delivery metrics, including predictability, cycle time, quality, and value delivery, to strengthen accountability and continuous improvement Partner with leaders to address delivery risks, organizational constraints, and inefficiencies that affect enterprise execution Ensure fit-for-purpose delivery approaches and leading practices are applied consistently across varied work types and delivery models Assess delivery performance, identify capability gaps, and lead improvements that strengthen execution quality, decision-making, and outcomes Influence operating-model, governance, and ways-of-working decisions to improve speed, quality, and alignment to business value Provide strategic input on frameworks, governance, tools, and AI-enabled capabilities that support scalable delivery execution Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-scale IT delivery transformation across portfolios, business units, or value streams, resulting in measurable improvements to delivery outcomes Demonstrated experience influencing executives to implement changes to operating models, governance, planning, prioritization, funding, or organizational ways of working across a complex organization Demonstrated experience establishing, and using enterprise metrics, flow measures, and performance indicators to identify organizational risks, constraints, or capability gaps and drive measurable organizational improvement Demonstrated experience leading and developing a team while setting strategic direction and influencing delivery practices, governance, and organizational change across multiple products, portfolios, or business functions Experience evaluating and incorporating AI-assisted practices, tools, and workflows to enhance team performance, Agile ways of working, and delivery outcomes Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring current or future visa sponsorship or transfer What Will Put You Ahead Experience scaling AI-assisted delivery practices across multiple teams, products, or portfolios and measuring their impact on delivery performance and business outcomes Experience leading a transition in organizational ways of working, such as moving from project-oriented delivery to product-oriented delivery Experience implementing Lean Portfolio Management practices Experience operating effectively across varied delivery models, including iterative and traditional approaches At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
